Created: October 2010This project comprised of a redesign for a retro based video gaming blog. Consultation with the content creators lead to a dark grungy based design that would still function cleanly as a blog and allow visitors to browse the site easily.
Laid out using the 960.gs system as a guide the new site makes strong use of WordPress’ custom fields and additional PHP manipulation across the site for easy updating. The content creators were adamant about being able to make use of larger images and videos in their posts and are very happy with the final layout.

Photoshop CS4, Notepad++ and Wordpress 3.0.
